Comfort Aparthotel Antibes Le Maestria

Extremely disappointing – definitely not worth €150 per night! We stayed at this hotel in Cannes and were shocked by the poor condition of the room, especially considering the price of €150 per night. What we experienced was far from acceptable. Hygiene and maintenance were seriously lacking: • The bathroom was filthy: the shower screen was covered in mold, limescale, and dirt that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. While the screen is designed to move, the accumulated grime along its base was disgusting. There were also rust stains and moldy seals around the bathtub. • In the kitchen area, the extractor hood was greasy and dirty, the sink had rust spots and limescale build-up, and the ventilation grilles were dusty and poorly maintained. • In the bedroom/living area, walls were marked with black scuff lines, the roller shutter system was damaged, and tape residue and chipped paint were left on doors. Some ventilation outlets were broken or full of dust. Comfort? Not even close: • The air conditioning was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. You had to choose between sweating in silence or staying awake from the noise. • The sauna smelled strongly of urine, making it completely unusable. • The so-called fitness room was a joke – more like a chicken coop than a gym. Tiny, poorly ventilated, it had a strong, unpleasant smell and barely enough space or equipment to do anything useful. • The overall condition of the room was old, neglected, and not properly cleaned or maintained. This felt more like a cheap student dorm than a hotel room priced at this level. Conclusion: This hotel is nowhere near worth €150 per night. Even budget accommodations are cleaner and better maintained. The place is in desperate need of deep cleaning and renovation. We will never come back and strongly advise others to avoid it.

First, I'd like to say I was travelling with friends but couldn't get the same hotel. I was there for 10days. So, I was alone and first time booking an apt/hotel. the reviews worried me at first but once there all those concerns were gone. The front staff is exceptional (Virginie, Colleen, Sara and Clara all need the biggest shout out and 5 stars). they make you feel so welcome and they answered all my inquires with a smile. The room was clean (no carpet) bathroom stocked, modern and AC +++; my friends were not lucky with their hotel. The cleaning staff comes every 5 days to restock and clean, change the sheets and towels. However, you can always ask them for anything if you feel you are missing. Very pleasant. For all you germaphobes like me NO bedbugs. I just know someone wants to see this like I did. The whole experience was excellent and i'd recommend to everyone.

This hotel is literally a scam not even a thing to do with 'comfortable'at all. The AC can not work it was frozen inside not mentioned about the screaming noise of AC. Then the staff changed another room it was the same. We wasted 2 hours for waiting the rooms to be warm and got cold already. And this hotel is very far from the town with heavy traffic. No any restaurant near it by foot unless driving a long way. Smelly bathroom. Squeaky beds. Totally a disaster! It's a miracle it still opens as usual and even a lot of good reviews. Only one star is for the staffs really tried to help to change the rooms and to bring portable radiators.
