Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen

I stayed in an excellent room for an incredible price, the check-in, check-out (especially Cherie), concierge, Rock Royalty Lounge, Hard Rock Cafe, room service, and housekeeping staffs were just so attentive, warm, welcoming, and lovely to interact with. I truly miss this level of hospitality now that I'm in Malaysia, where the exact opposite it true. I hope to stay at the other Hard Rock properties in China as soon as I have the chance! Thank you Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen! Also, this hotel's Hard Rock Café will always be special to me because of the tireless work ethic and kindness of its main worker, who I sadly never caught the name of, and she was the reason why we decided to dine two nights in a row here. She was so attentive, and the service was so fast. To see her managing the dining area, bar, and Rock Shop so effortlessly and always with a smile was so inspiring and heartwarming. She also was incredibly polite with my large order at the Rock Shop so late at night, and her English language skills were the best I witnessed not only throughout the entire hotel, but throughout Shenzhen!

My experience here really put the staff to the test and they passed with flying colors. I had an accident and slipped and landed on my elbow. I didn’t think much of it until I got up and there was a lot of bleeding. After getting the bleeding to stop I could clearly tell it needed stitches. I went to the lobby to just get direction to the nearest hospital. From that moment they took responsibility to make sure I was treated as if I was a vip guest. This could have ruined my trip. After cleaning me up with antibiotic solution and gauze they called a taxi for me and sent me with an employee. Kenny was awesome! He lead me the entire way in the hospital guiding me where to go and what to do the entire time. He even paid for everything to make things easier and I just paid him back afterward. Which was one about $70usd. Awesome price for an ER visit including x-rays. (FYI I’m writing this a couple days after I got home and the wound is healing well) Thanks to Kenny and the rest of the staff, they extended my checkout and I was able to get back to my scheduled meetings without skipping a beat. This was my first time at a Hard Rock Hotel and not only will I be back here but search them out around the world. I purchased a pin here among other clothing and look forward to starting my first collection of pins. My experience here truly put the staff to the test, and they exceeded my expectations. I only had to pay him back afterward, which was a small fee of about $70 USD. The price for an ER visit, including x-rays, was incredibly reasonable. (By the way, I’m writing this a couple of days after I got home, and the wound is healing well.) Thanks to Kenny and the rest of the staff, they extended my checkout, allowing me to return to my scheduled meetings without any disruptions. The rooms are nice, views are great and the shopping and entertainment nearby is good. I wish I had time to play some golf. The area feels very safe walking around alone even at night. This was my first time at a Hard Rock Hotel, and I’ll be sure to look for others around the world in my travels. And if I get the chance to come back here this is 100% where I will stay. I even purchased a pin here, along with other clothing items, and I’m excited to start my first collection of pins.

First time at Hard Rock Hotel, a fantastic experience! Our family got a lovely room upgrade, and the front desk (Diana and Kay) helped us borrow a guitar with an amp for some fun in our room. Big thanks to Diana and Kay at the front desk, they were so thoughtful and caring, especially knowing we were traveling with two little ones. Highly recommend this place for a rockin’ family getaway!
