Futian Shangri-La Shenzhen

Absolutely wonderful stay! We had a fantastic time at Shangri-La Shenzhen. The Club Lounge was absolutely amazing — the food went far beyond finger food, with even full meals available, and they even served champagne. It's honestly the best Club Lounge I've ever experienced. The hotel itself was very elegant, the pool area was great, and the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The only thing that surprised me was that not everyone spoke English, but that's perhaps just how it is in China. My clear recommendation: book the Club Lounge access — it's absolutely worth it. Overall, a truly wonderful hotel — 100% recommendable. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful experience at Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen during our recent visit. The staff was highly attentive to our needs. We want to recognize Aiden Bai from the reception desk for his exceptional assistance in retrieving a clothing item that was inadvertently left behind on a flight to Shanghai Pudong Airport. He dedicated time to contact the airline and arrange its shipment to our destination. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained. The concierge was helpful in guiding us on dinner options and arranging a taxi to the port. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Shenzhen.

The service at the front desk was exceptional! Huge thanks to Paul and Jeanie Huang for being so professional and patient while checking in our group of 8. They made our first time in Shenzhen and our first stay with Shangri-La very special by arranging all four of our rooms on the same floor. We also loved the buffet breakfast—the variety and range of options are incredible. A perfect stay thanks to the wonderful team!
