Grand Hyatt Seattle

I think I made the mistake of comparing it to the grand hyatt at Mumbai and Taipei. That's true luxury. It's a great room btw. Comfortable and large. Good view. Gym is good. Valet parking is priced to a Fairmont, but good service and fast. Everything else is downhill. Bar is run of the mill, right next to the reception and uninviting. Club lounge experience / food is unfortunate. One coffee machine, fridge with some cans, a sad repetitive vegetarian options of dried cold potatoes. That ladies and gentlemen, is "the exclusive hyatt sanctuary" In the mind of a parsimonious hotel manager Give it a miss unless your bound to the convention center and can't get any other property.

Fantastic & comfortable stay! Location very close in proximity to Pikes Market & waterfront. Only one mile to Climate Pledge Arena & easy uber ride. Hotel close to Seattle Light Rail System. Enjoyed taking the Light Rail from SEA TAC to downtown. Only a couple block walk to Grand Hyatt from Light Rail. Saved lots of dollars by not taking Uber/taxi from airport. Hotel extremely clean & quiet. Rooms very nice & spacious. Stayed with access to Hyatt Club on 27 floor. Tasty breakfast & generous snacks well stocked throughout afternoon. Hotel hosts a beautiful Starbucks with access from inside hotel or from outside street. Great Starbucks colleagues & wide selection of Starbucks food items! Enjoy the Elliot Bar (near lobby) & Stephanie our bartender made delicious drinks! Highly recommend their Lemon Lush martini. Stephanie friendly & professional & maintains a welcoming & tidy location for late afternoon & evening cocktails & snacks. Very welcoming upon check in & Aiden Bellman fantastic in every way! Helpful & friendly & Aiden was able to direct us to various fun attractions in area. We will definitely return & look forward to our next stay & visit to Seattle!
