We had the pleasure of staying at **Grand Hotel Kempinski St. Moritz** from **July 5th to July 20th**, and we can honestly say it was one of the best hotel stays and holidays we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, always smiling, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The room service and housekeeping were absolutely impeccable—our room was always spotless and beautifully maintained. The food throughout the hotel was delicious, and breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. The spa was also fantastic: relaxing, beautifully kept, and staffed by true professionals. A very special thank you to **Nikolay, Diago, Andre, Martina, and Dorothea**, as well as the entire breakfast and spa teams, for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. We would also like to thank the concierge team and the doormen, who were always warm, helpful, and eager to assist with anything we needed. It's rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such a high level of service, but the Kempinski St. Moritz truly does. Outstanding hospitality and impeccable service — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. One of the best hotels in St. Moritz for skiing, with seamless access and perfectly organized ski services. The in-house dining is excellent: Crazy Pizza for a vibrant atmosphere, NEORA for refined Greek cuisine, and the Billionaire Club, offering a glamorous setting with surprisingly great food. Every evening, the Lobby Lounge & Bar features live singers, creating an elegant and lively atmosphere. A hotel that consistently delivers on service, dining, and overall experience. Highly recommended.

We visited on January An incredible hotel right in the middle of the ski slopes with true ski in ski out access. The food was exceptional and the staff were warm attentive and professional throughout our stay. We loved the room the ambiance and every little detail of the hotel everything felt luxurious and beautifully designed. It’s the perfect destination for a luxury ski escape and an unforgettable winter holiday.
