GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ

My husband and I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, gracious, and truly superb. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience especially memorable. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with an impressive selection and exceptional quality. The croissant cart was a particular delight and such a charming touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to St. Moritz—and, without question, staying here again. A truly beautiful hotel with exceptional service and wonderful hospitality.

One of the reviews mentioned "World Class" and I would second that opinion. We love to stay in 5 star hotels and my wife and I agree that the service here was the best we have ever had. We stayed during the summer as part of a Viking Cruise extension tour. Yet, they treated with the grace and attention as if we have booked ourselves. The small touches in the room (thoughtful snacks, included mini-bar, balloons for my birthday) were notable. The room was serviced multiple times a day with an incredible turn-down service. We were overwhelmed by the experience and attention to detail.

An absolutely exceptional hotel and genuinely one of the best five-star experiences we have ever had. We have been fortunate enough to stay in many five-star hotels around Europe, but GRACE LA MARGNA St Moritz really stands out. Everything here feels as though it has been thought through and executed to perfection. The hotel itself is beautiful. The quality of the interiors, the immaculate cleanliness, the attention to detail in the rooms, the twice-daily housekeeping and room checks, the excellent breakfast and even the valet parking were all outstanding. Everything is incredibly clean, neat and perfectly maintained. But what truly makes GRACE special is the people. Every single member of the team we met was exceptionally polite, warm and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They have that rare ability to make you feel personally looked after rather than simply another hotel guest. GRACE is a hotel where the five-star rating is reflected not just in the building or facilities, but in every detail and every interaction. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be coming back whenever we visit St Moritz. We will also be recommending GRACE to everyone we know.
