We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Ronaldo and his mother were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They gave us great recommendations, responded quickly to our questions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel like valued guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. We would definitely love to come back in the future!

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with both the accommodation and the overall service. The room was very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Cleaning was done every day, and whenever necessary, towels, bed sheets, and other amenities were replaced promptly. Everything was handled very professionally and correctly throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially useful during the warmer days, and having a balcony was also a nice addition. The rooms on the higher floors also offer a very nice view over Ksamil. The location was excellent considering the price. The hotel is around a 5–7 minute walk from the beach, while still being in a convenient and relatively quiet area. It felt like a very good balance between being close to the sea and getting good value for money. Compared with other hotels in Ksamil, the price was very competitive, especially considering how close the hotel is to the beach. The hotel also had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi worked reliably and was fast enough for everything we needed. There was also a comfortable and spacious area where you could sit and have breakfast, enjoy a drink in the evening, or simply relax after spending the day outside. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a generous selection of both sweet and savoury food, with enough variety that there was something for everyone. We especially liked that some of the options were traditional or typical Albanian foods, which was a nice touch and made the breakfast feel more local. Overall, there was plenty of food and everything we would expect from a good hotel breakfast was available. The staff and host were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They were always available whenever we needed help, whether it was something related to the room or simply recommendations and advice about what to do and see during the day. Their attitude made the stay feel much more personal and comfortable, and they were genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ksamil. For the location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, friendly staff, and especially the price compared with other accommodation in the area, we found it to be a very good choice. We would happily stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Belmond Hotel in Ksamil and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location was perfect for me — only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and around a 10-minute walk to both a gym and a football pitch, which was ideal during my stay. What really made this hotel special, though, was the owner, Ronaldo. He is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met, and he made our stay feel so welcoming from start to finish. Everyone should aspire to be like him — he is truly a special person. His hospitality played a huge part in making this the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is spotless. The rooms, bathrooms, and pool area were all beautifully maintained and always clean. You can tell the staff really care about keeping everything to a very high standard. One thing that really stood out to me was how professional and efficient the hotel was when a small leak was identified. They had to remove a small section of the wall to fix the issue, but within hours the problem was solved, and later that same day the wall had already been replastered. If you hadn’t seen it happen, you genuinely would have thought nothing had ever happened. That level of care, speed, and attention to detail says a lot about how well this hotel is run. Overall, Belmond Hotel was the perfect place to stay in Ksamil — fantastic location, spotless facilities, a beautiful pool area, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again.
