Azure Inn Hotel

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Azure Inn in Sarandë. The location is amazing- just a one-minute walk to the beach, with grocery stores and plenty of excellent restaurants all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was always fresh and a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Eva at reception, who truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She was always happy to help with anything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Azure Inn to anyone visiting Sarandë and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is new, has a great location, and the facilities are generally very pleasant. However, our experience with the service was quite inconsistent, and we believe there are several aspects that could be improved. When we arrived, it took around 40 minutes for someone to assist us because there was nobody at reception. Unfortunately, this happened several times during our stay, despite the hotel advertising 24-hour reception. During our six-day stay, our room was only cleaned three times, even though we always left the appropriate request. On another occasion, the key to our room was missing, and as they could not find it, we had to use a different master key temporarily. We also asked for beach towels, but on some occasions they were given to us dirty. We believe the hotel has a lot of potential, especially thanks to its new facilities and excellent location. However, the organisation, customer service, and professionalism could be improved considerably to bring the overall experience up to the standard the hotel deserves. We share this as constructive feedback, because with some improvements, this could be a truly recommendable hotel.
