Flight: Turkish Airlines TK185 - 06:30 09:40 We meet our EJDER TURİZM representative and tour guide at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport. After completing our luggage and passport procedures, we depart for Chicago at 06:30 on Turkish Airlines flight TK185. After approximately an 11-hour flight, we arrive in Chicago at 09:40 local time. After completing our customs procedures, we head to the city center. Along the way, we receive initial information about Chicago from our guide. Upon arrival in the city, we will see important landmarks that are among Chicago's symbols, including: Grant Park Buckingham Fountain Michigan Avenue Millennium Park (Cloud Gate - The Bean) in a panoramic view. 02DAY 1/ CHICAGO - ROUTE 66 START - SPRINGFIELD (Illinois)
After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we will head to the legendary Route 66's starting sign. After a photo opportunity and a brief introduction, we will begin our journey south along the first leg of the route through Illinois. Our first stops include: Joliet Route 66 Welcome Center Wilmington Gemini Giant (the legendary giant statue - a classic route photo spot) Dwight Old Ambler's Texaco Gas Station Pontiac Route 66 Museum Pontiac mural photo break In the afternoon, we will arrive in Springfield. After breakfast, we continue south along Route 66. Our first stop is Litchfield Ariston Café (one of the oldest restaurants on Route 66). Next, we enter the state of Missouri. 05DAY 5 / SPRINGFIELD - KANSAS - TULSA (OKLAHOMA)
Today, we will cross through 3 states: Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
