7-Night Italy Tour from Izmir

Meet at the SunExpress Airlines check-in counter in the International Departures terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport 3 hours before the flight. After completing baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Milan on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ892 at 11:45. Upon arrival at 13:50 local time, our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. In Milan, famous for its rich blend of historical and modern sights, we will visit some of the must-see attractions including the Duomo Cathedral, one of the largest and most magnificent Gothic cathedrals in the world, La Scala, one of the oldest opera houses in the world, the stunning 19th-century arched shopping gallery Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and the impressive architecture of Castello Sforzesco (Milan Castle). Rome boasts an extremely rich historical heritage and a cosmopolitan atmosphere, featuring magnificent palaces, ancient churches and basilicas, grand romantic ruins, impressive monuments, ornate sculptures, and elegant fountains. Among the highlights of our tour are the Vatican (St. Peter's Cathedral), the Colosseum where gladiator battles were held, the Roman Forum which was once the center for religious, political, and social activities, the Victor Emmanuel Monument (Vittoriano Emanuele), the famous Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), and the Spanish Steps (Piazza di Spagna). Our first stop will be the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, famous for its tilted structure. After capturing stunning photos here, we will proceed to the city of Siena, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With its narrow streets and stone buildings that transport visitors back to the Middle Ages, Siena stands as an elegant fortress in the heart of traditional Italian city life, featuring the historic Piazza del Campo and its impressive cathedral. After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will set off towards Venice. On the way, we will have a city tour of Bologna. (The Bologna tour is included in the tour price.) Bologna is a historic settlement located in the region nestled between the Apennine Mountains in northern Italy, known for its cultural richness. During our city tour of this beautiful city, we will visit Piazza Maggiore Square, San Petronio Basilica, Podesta Palace, and the Town Hall. After our tour, we will continue our journey to Venice. A city that dances on water like a historical fairy tale, Venice enchants its visitors with its romance and mystery, wrapped in a labyrinth of canals and gondolas. During our city tour, we will see San Marco Cathedral and Square, the Doge's Palace, the Grand Canal, the Bridge of Sighs, and the Rialto Bridge. At the end of the tour, guests who wish can join the optional Grand Canal Gondola Tour for an extra fee of 40 Euro. This tour on traditional gondolas, one of the symbols of Venice, will give us the opportunity to see the canals of Venice. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and enjoy some free time. Following the luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, you will depart on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ891 at 17:40 to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.
