01Istanbul - Düsseldorf - Amsterdam
Meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, departure for Düsseldorf at 06.50 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1523. Following our arrival at 09.00 local time, we begin our city tour of Düsseldorf, one of Germany's most important cities of culture, art, and industry, with the vehicle waiting for us at the airport. The sights we will see include the Rheinturm revolving restaurant, Schloss Benrath, where some of Germany's most important thinkers were educated, the Königsallee shopping avenue, and Horfgarten with its lush green spaces. After our tour, we set out for Amsterdam. During our city tour of Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, which borders Germany to the east and Belgium to the south, the sights we will see include Dam Square, Central Station, the National Monument, the Royal Palace, and the Flower Market. After our tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at hotels in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
02Amsterdam - Zaanse Schans - Volendam - Giethoorn - Amsterdam
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Fairytale Villages and Waterways (Zaanse Schans & Volendam & Giethoorn Hobbit Village) tour, organized at an extra cost. (110 Euro) Our tour begins in the town of Zaanse Schans. One of the Netherlands' hidden paradise towns, Zaanse Schans is a famous Dutch town known for its unspoiled nature and old historic windmills dating back to the 17th century that are still in operation. In the Dutch town of Zaanse Schans, whose historic windmills, wooden houses, and beauty are unlike anything else in the world, you will feel as though you are visiting an open-air museum. The 2nd stop on our tour is Marken. After exploring this wonderful former island, which was later connected to the mainland by filling in the area between them, we depart for Volendam. With its harbor, characteristic Dutch houses, and people in traditional dress, Volendam captivates visitors at first sight. After an enjoyable time in this town, where you can taste delicious seafood and cheeses and buy inexpensive souvenirs, our final stop is Giethoorn Hobbit Village.
03Amsterdam - Bruges - Ghent - Brussels
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Brussels. En route, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Cities Bruges & Ghent tour, organized at an extra cost. (90 Euro) Our first stop is Bruges, famous for its magnificent beauty. Today one of Europe's leading tourist destinations, the city of Bruges was placed under Unesco protection in 1991. With its medieval architecture, waterways, narrow streets, bridges, historic buildings, and squares, it has become one of Europe's crown jewels. After exploring this beautiful city, we continue to Ghent, another city where time seems to have stopped. With a history spanning 1400 years, Ghent was founded at the confluence of the Schelde and Lys rivers and was one of the largest and wealthiest cities of the Middle Ages. After our tour of this city, famous for its medieval historic monuments and university, we depart for Brussels. One of the most striking stops on Benelux tours, Brussels stands out for its versatility. In this city, whose cosmopolitan character offers travelers many different opportunities, we will visit a number of valuable landmarks.
04Brussels - Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Paris, one of the world's most romantic cities. Upon our arrival in Paris, the sights we will see include Charles de Gaulle and the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Louvre Museum and Pyramid, Etoile Square, the Grand Palais and Petit Palais Exhibition Palaces, Concorde Square and Obelisk, the French Parliament Building, 3. Alexandre Bridge, the Seine River, Napoleon's Tomb, and the Eiffel Tower. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at hotels in Paris or the surrounding area.
05Paris
After breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish may join the optional Magnificent Paris Masterpieces & Seine River Boat (Eiffel Tower & Seine River Boat Trip & Montmarte Artists' Hill & Sacre Coeur Basilica & Notre Dame Cathedral) tour, organized at an extra cost. (110 Euro) Our first stop is the Eiffel Tower, the city's iconic landmark visited by millions of tourists every year. By ascending to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower, you will have the chance to see Paris from above. We then take a boat tour on the Seine River, which divides Paris into two. After seeing the historic landmarks on both banks of the river during the boat tour, we ascend by cable car to Montmarte Hill, the highest hill in Paris. On this hill, which bears the traces of prominent artists such as Pablo Picasso, Henry Toulouse Lautrec, Dalida, Vincent Van Gogh, and Jean Marais, the first sight will be Sacre Coeur (Votive Church). After seeing this structure up close, we will take a break in Tertre Square, where you can shop and have your portrait drawn, and then visit Notre Dame Cathedral, regarded as both a symbol of French history and an indispensable part of the Paris skyline.
06Paris - Luxembourg
After breakfast at the hotel, we set out for Luxembourg. Our Luxembourg city tour begins upon arrival. The sights we will see include Notre Dame Cathedral, the Grand Ducal Palace, City Hall, and Constitution Square. After our tour, guests who wish may join the optional, additionally organized Magnificent History and Mosaics (Trier & Remich & Schengen) tour, organized at an extra cost. (65 Euro) The first stop on our tour will be Trier, founded by the Romans in 15 BC and holding the title of Germany's oldest city. During our city tour of Trier, located in the Moselle Wine Region on the banks of the Moselle River, a tributary of the Rhine River, amid low red sandstone hills covered with vineyards, the sights we will see include Porta Nigra, the largest standing Roman city gate north of the Alps; the Roman remains within the Unesco World Heritage Site; St. Peter Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady; Constantine Basilica; and the house where Karl Marx, the revolutionary thinker and father of scientific socialism, was born. After our visit to Trier, we depart for the tax-haven town of Remich, where you can enjoy the least expensive shopping of our tour.
07Luxembourg - Strasbourg
After breakfast at the hotel, departure for Strasbourg, one of France's most beautiful cities and the pearl of the Alsace region. While exploring Strasbourg, you will feel as though you are traveling through history in Europe's largest cobblestoned medieval quarters. With its scenery and historic buildings seemingly taken from a fairytale, wooden houses, medieval historic churches and cathedrals, and numerous works of art, it is a place well worth seeing. Strasbourg also has historical importance as the place where the French national anthem, "La Marseillaise," was written, and is a city where Alsace culture blends with French architecture. During our city tour, the sights we will see also include Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France district, adorned with traditional Alsace houses. After our tour, guests who wish may join the Magnificent Fairytale Villages of Alsace (Eguisheim & Colmar & Kaysersberg & Riquewihr) tour. (110 Euro) On this tour, where we will want to take photos at every opportunity from beginning to end, the first place we will visit is Egusheim.
08Strasbourg - Freiburg - Basel
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and departure for Freiburg. Germany's fourth-largest city, Freiburg is a historic medieval city near the Black Forest that captivates visitors with its natural beauty. During our city tour here, the sights we will see include Münster Cathedral, the symbol of the city and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture; Markthalle (Covered Market); Münsterplatz (Grand Square); Rathausplatz; Kaiser Joseph Avenue; Augustiner Platz; Adelhauser Platz; and Gerberau. After our tour, departure for Basel. Our city tour begins upon arrival. Basel, Switzerland's third most populous city after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that combines modern and historic character and contains many treasures despite its small area. During our city tour, the sights we will see include Basel Cathedral, where the famous Dutch Renaissance writer Erasmus is buried; Marktplatz, the city's main square; the Government Building; and Hotel Les Trois Roi.
