Alsace Tour

Meeting at the SunExpress Airlines check-in counter at the international departures terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport 3 hours before the flight. After handling luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Frankfurt on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 910 at 07:05. Arriving in Frankfurt at 08:35 local time, we will then head to Strasbourg with our vehicle waiting at the airport. As you explore Strasbourg, one of the most beautiful cities in France and the jewel of the Alsace region, you will feel as if you are traveling through history in Europe's largest cobblestoned medieval neighborhoods. With its fairytale-like nature and historical structures, wooden houses, medieval churches, cathedrals, and numerous works of art, it is a place worth seeing. Strasbourg also holds historical significance as the place where the French national anthem "La Marseillaise" was written, presenting a city where Alsace culture blends with French architecture. During our city tour, we will visit notable sites including Strasbourg Cathedral, Rohan Palace, Kleber Square, and the Petit France area adorned with traditional Alsace Houses.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish can join the optional tour of the Magnificent Germany Duo (Heidelberg & Baden Baden & Outlet Center) for an additional fee of 110 Euro. Our first stop will be Heidelberg. The streets, squares, and buildings of this city will transport you back in time, allowing you to feel the essence of the Middle Ages at every corner. Heidelberg, a calm, elegant, and refined city, will greet you with the harmony of its architecture and colors. During our city tour, we will visit Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, the Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle. After the tour, we will head to our second destination, Baden Baden, a nature-rich haven known for its cultural and artistic center, thermal baths, and even Europe's most famous casino. Baden Baden is a unique international travel route that has inspired many renowned writers and composers. After exploring Baden Baden, we will have free time at the outlet center, where many famous brands are gathered. Following the tour, we will transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will have some free time. Guests who wish can join the optional Excursion to the Magnificent Schaffhausen Rhine Falls and Swiss Cities (Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne) for an additional cost of 130 Euro. Our first stop will be the natural wonder of Rhine Falls, which holds the title of the largest waterfall in Europe with its 150 metre width and 23 metre height. This location, embraced by the powerful arms of the Rhine River, is a paradise where you can find peace while watching the dance of the deep blue waters. After a captivating walk amidst the power of the water and the impressive scenery, we will head to Zurich, the largest city in Switzerland, which welcomes millions of visitors each year with its historic center, dazzling Gothic-style churches, and historical buildings. After visiting the Grossmünster and Fraumünster Churches, as well as St. Peterskirche, the largest clock tower in Europe, we will explore Bahnhofstrasse, considered the shopping center of the city. Following our tour, we will proceed to Lucerne, a historic city located at the foot of the Alps in central Switzerland.

After breakfast, we will check out of our rooms and depart for Basel as indicated by our guide. Upon arrival, our city tour will begin. Basel, the third most populous city in Switzerland after Zurich and Geneva, is a magnificent city that, despite its small area, is home to many treasures, combining both modern and historical elements. During our city tour, we will visit notable sites including Basel Cathedral, where the famous Renaissance writer Erasmus is buried, the city's main square Marktplatz, the Government Building, and Hotel Les Trois Rois. After our tour, we will head to Basel Airport. Following luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Izmir on SunExpress Airlines flight XQ 913 at 14:15. We will arrive at 19:10 local time, marking the end of our tour.
