Barcelona Tour

Meeting at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter in the International Departures terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Barcelona on Turkish Airlines flight TK 1853 at 09:00. Upon arrival at 10:45 local time, our panoramic city tour begins with our vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Barcelona, the second largest city in Spain and the vibrant capital of the Catalonia region, is a world-renowned city. Bathed in the warm waters of the Mediterranean, this magnificent city offers a unique blend of history, art, culture, and entertainment. With its stunning architecture, colorful streets, delicious cuisine, and lively nightlife, Barcelona attracts millions of visitors each year. The city is like an open-air museum adorned with the unique works of Antoni Gaudí. During our city tour, we will see landmarks such as the La Sagrada Familia Church, the Cristof Colomb Statue, Montjuic Hill, La Ramblas Street, Spain and Catalunya Squares, the Andalusian Arena, and the Olympic Port. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. Overnight at the hotel.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish to can join the optional tour "The Splendid Pearls of Northern Catalonia (Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum)" for an extra cost of 70 Euro. Our first stop will be Girona. Located in northeastern Catalonia, approximately 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, Girona is a historic city famous for its medieval narrow streets, historical buildings, museums, churches, and walls. During our tour here, we will visit the Lion Statue, the Cathedral Square, and the famous Jewish Quarter (El Call). After the tour, we will head towards the city of Figueras. Figueras, located northeast of Girona, is known as the birthplace of Salvador Dali. The city is closely associated with the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dali. The most important tourist attraction in Figueras is the Salvador Dali Museum. Dali established this museum to leave something behind in his birthplace and to showcase his works. Today, this museum houses the largest collection of Dali's works and is referred to as Dali's greatest masterpiece since he designed every part of it. The museum features over 4000 works created by Dali using various techniques.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, guests who wish to can join the optional tour of Gaudi's Magnificent Work Park Guell & Gothic Quarter (60 Euro). Our first stop will be Park Guell. This stunning creation by Antoni Gaudi is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Known as the fairytale park, it creates a magical atmosphere with its colorful staircases and whimsical pavilions. After experiencing this magnificent work by Gaudi, we will proceed to the second stop, the Gothic Quarter. In the Gothic Quarter, you can feel the enchanting atmosphere of the Middle Ages with its narrow, labyrinthine streets, Gothic churches, romantic squares, and Roman walls, while admiring the historical texture. Among the most important structures in the neighborhood are Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Reial (Royal Square), Plaça del Rei (King's Square), and La Rambla. After our tour, guests who wish to can join the optional tour of Magnificent Sitges (40 Euro). Sitges is a charming seaside town located southwest of Barcelona on the Mediterranean coast.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport at a time determined by your guide. Following the baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, you will depart for Istanbul Airport on Turkish Airlines flight TK1468 at 14:25. You will arrive at 20:05 local time, marking the end of our tour.
