If you want quaint sophistication this is your place! This secluded peaceful SLH gives you amazing views of Lugano and the lake. The staff were all accommodating and friendly. Having the exquisite amenity of the smart car was top notch! We even requested a mattress topper for extra softness, which was accommodated. A nice hotel with a beautiful view. You can hear the birds in morning&daytime. To reach the center or anywhere definitely you need a car. I walked there from the train station but was a challenge to climb there. A peaceful place to rest. They also provide you a small electric car to travel to city center or around. That's a big plus.
