Great hotel surrounded by nature. All you can hear are the birds. Perfect views of the forest and mountains, with fresh air all around. The hotel staff are very welcoming and always ready to help with anything you need. They are flexible and accommodating, and they do their best to meet every request. We were there for a team-building event, and the hotel was perfect for it. It is also a great place for a weekend getaway with children, with a forest, hiking trails, and a playground nearby. Perfect! Strongly recommended!

Rooms were clean and neat, not quite 5 star standard though. Service probably better than other parts pf Bosnia&Herzegovina, but still not great. Breakfast below average. All facilities require additional payment, bikes, pool table etc. Beautiful view of the mountains. We chose this location knowing would be a distance from the city centre. Overall it was a decent experience, but not 5 star.

This hotel does not deserve any praise due to its blatant exploitation of tourists. It charged extra fees for the entire room without any justification. I booked three rooms and was surprised to be charged for four. Then it said that room number 4 could not be canceled. Therefore, please be careful when booking at this hotel, check its policies thoroughly, and confirm everything before paying.
