Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana

I had a truly memorable stay at Bosmal Arjaan, largely thanks to the exceptional reception team. From the moment I arrived, Suana went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was professional, attentive, and even helped with helping my family. It's rare to find such a dedicated team that genuinely cares about the guest experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for first-class service.

We stayed at your hotel on the evening of July 10, 2026. Only two towels were provided for our room of four. When we went down to the reception and asked for towels, the receptionist refused, saying it wasn't their responsibility. They acted indifferently and were completely unhelpful. All they needed to do was provide towels from the towel room. We also didn't know the elevators were card-operated; they didn't help with that either. They didn't come to our room. After 10 minutes, everyone intervened. I was very dissatisfied with the service.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We had booked the suite, which consisted of a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. It was a fantastic stay and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was also nice and helpful. The only downside was the breakfast. When something ran out, it was not refilled, so we were without bread and yogurt on the first morning.
