Steigenberger Icon Parkhotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. The hotel itself was amazing clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Qasem at the reception, who was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect. The porter was also very kind and attentive, providing excellent service with a warm and friendly attitude. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

Good hotel, but service could be faster Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Steigenberger. The lunch service was quite slow, and I was also unable to get an early check-in. However, Dona at checkout was very friendly, helpful, and professional, which was a nice way to end the stay. With some improvement in service speed and flexibility with early check-ins, the experience could be much better.

We had a super super stay, very much enhanced by the staff who were friendly charming and all were helpful especially Simon. The breakfast was fab and the room it was served had a really good energy. We had dinner in Jones brasserie and sat on the terrace. The food was the best we had during our stay in Düsseldorf topped off with a really great glass of Riesling. The location is perfect, probably the best address in Dusseldorf. So in summary the Steigenberger offers comfortable modern luxury on the smartest street in town all encased within an historic building.
