Very nice hotel, in a quiet side of town with nice views of the Rhine river. The rooms are also very different from the original "door, bathroom on your left, bed in the back" layout and feel very luxurious thanks to that. They are also probably 30-50% bigger than the norm. Two big drawbacks: Parking price is too high (35€ per day while parking in the center of the city runs at 20€ per day) and there is very limited space. And, probably the biggest one: the price of breakfast is outrageous at 45€
This hotel has charged me twice even though I paid at property, they went ahead and charged my other card aswell on booking.com. I have now contacted them twice and emailed them but I still haven't received a refund or heard anything back. Please be careful when book this hotel as they may charge you twice.
Open review on GoogleTerrible experience. The lobby staff is completely untrained. I am a Globalist & have stayed in this hotel many times but the new staff is clueless. I have been wrongly charged Eur 1200 to my credit card. I have sent 3 reminders & there is no reply!!
