We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal. We stayed in room 506, with room 507 for our children, and both rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. The housekeeping service was especially lovely. Our room was always spotless, and later in the day they would prepare the bed again and leave us some lovely tea and delicious chocolates — such a thoughtful touch before going to bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast team welcomed us warmly every morning and always made sure we had everything we needed. Our dog Inti also enjoyed her stay! She was genuinely welcome throughout the hotel, which we really appreciated and made travelling with her so much easier. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good stay with an area which could have been better, hence 4 stars. The hotel is very conveniently located, with easy access from the airport by public transport, close proximity to the Old Town and within walking distance of Central Railway station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. One small area that could be improved is the provision of sufficient tea bags and milk in the room. I also felt that requests for additional supplies could have been handled in a more customer-friendly manner. Overall, it was a positive experience and I hope the management will consider this feedback as an opportunity to further enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay at the Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal. We particularly appreciated the warm and attentive service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the staff who were extremely courteous and helpful and gave us excellent advice on places to visit in and around Luxembourg. The little touches also made a real difference, including the lovely card and sweets left in our room left by Engelbert and his team. We really felt very well looked after. A beautiful hotel, but above all a great team that made our stay in Luxembourg particularly enjoyable. We would be very happy to come back.
