Outside looks like little old but the room was very spacious and very new. The complementaries shampoo and so on were new to me but they smelled amazing. At arrival the staff were very helpful and there is fresh water and some sweets for arrivals. There are also coffee machine available and you can buy coffee or tea. The hotel is on a good walking distance from main attractions and city center and there is parking also available.
We stayed there for one night and had a good experience. Great location, decent rooms, clean enough, and easy access. It’s not far from the city center. Overall, a positive but average stay.

Rude staff, cramped room, and in the morning, the surprise of a clogged toilet – I had to leave my room to use public restrooms. It was awful. I spoke to the manager about it, and she didn't apologize for the situation; she simply said she would send a technician. This technician turned out to be the cleaning lady who entered my room without permission, and my husband was undressed. It was a nightmare. She entered the room and spoke rudely in French to us guests who just wanted to be there resting. It was a total disregard for our needs. There are several hotels in the city center and surrounding areas of better quality. Don't come here if you want peace and respect. The pillows were awful and of very poor quality. In short, an experience that will make me never want to return.
