We stayed at the Melia hotel after our flight was cancelled and the airline arranged overnight accommodation for us. Despite the circumstances, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, with the T1 tram going straight from the airport and also connecting to the city centre and main sights. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the excellent pastries. The interior felt pleasant and welcoming, with live plants and a nice atmosphere. The view of the street was also lovely, and having a walk in the morning was a wonderful bonus. I would also recommend this hotel because of the staff, who were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very good experience, even though we arrived there unexpectedly.

Really nice hotel in a great location for transport links. T1 tram straight from the airport, also linking to city centres and all the sites. Breakfast is good also. I would also recommend this hotel due to the staff. We arrived on an early flight from the UK and Sidoine was excellent. She made us feel welcome, offered us coffees during check in and managed to provide an early check in. Lovely to have great service from a nice person. She also recommended 2 brasseries that we went to, which were excellent.
