Le Royal exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt polished and effortless. Check-in was quick and seamless, the bellhop was immediately available to help with luggage, and the hotel even accommodated an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated after a morning of travel. The room was excellent, beautifully appointed with thoughtful details that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. It’s clear a great deal of care goes into maintaining the property and ensuring guests have everything they need. A standout feature was the spa, which is complimentary for hotel guests. Access to the indoor pool, dry sauna, steam room, and plunge pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Luxembourg. The facilities were clean, quiet, and felt like a true luxury amenity. The location is also ideal. It is tucked just far enough from the busiest parts of the old town to feel peaceful, while still being only a 5 to 7 minute walk to the main square and city center. Overall, Le Royal offers excellent service, beautiful accommodations, strong wellness facilities, and a perfect location. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Luxembourg. Note: underground parking is available on property for around €30 for 24 hours.
My family and I had a wonderful time here. Mr. Christof took excellent care of my family during each breakfast. The two wonderful hostesses from Vietnam were courteous and prompt. The gentleman from Tunisia that checked us in during the evening was very hospitable. Overall great experience.
