Amazing hotel with great amenities and service! I stayed here in two rooms for 5 nights with my family, including my toddler and had a great time. The outdoor pool and playground is incredible for children and made the stay very family friendly. The service was top notch, food and ice sent to rooms quickly, nice places to eat at all times during the day. The hotel is centrally located only 35 minutes from Milan’s airport, 10 minute drive from parking lots in Como, or a 10 minute walk to Cernobbio which is a lot more low key and great with a family! You can drop straight into the covered garage from the room floors with an elevator which is also super convenient. Overall it was an amazing hotel stay, and great value for the price. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time in the area. A winner on all counts.
We stayed one night on our way from Milan to Lake Como, and the Sheraton was a great fit for exactly that. Convenient location for breaking up the trip, a nice room, a decent gym, and a lovely pool. Breakfast was excellent. Good value, especially using Bonvoy points. Would recommend for a stopover like ours.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel as our group was planning a wedding ceremony held in few locations. Wedding itself was at Villa Regina. Overall service at Sheraton was good especially from the F&B areas and porters, they were very good. Service however at reception was cold and aloof. Gives you the feeling of non-personal and very corporate type. Rooms are overall clean and breakfast was excellent.
