Albergo ibis Como

We had a Nice holiday of 10 days here around Como. The service was one of the best I ever had. Everyone was nice: -room cleaner, was always helpful -Yosra is the lady in the kitchen who kept us full at every breakfast. She is very involved in the customers. My girlfriend went sick, and she helped me a lot. -also the nightshifter was very nice. We had a good holiday around here and we will definelty come back.

We stayed one night at this ibis. It’s well located if you plan to travel further… When we entered the room it smelled, when we opened the window it was a little better. The toilette keeps on flushing if you don’t push the flush button a couple times after you are done! Our keycards had problems getting activated! Every single time we came back to the hotel they had to be reactivated. We asked for a functioning room so we don’t have to come back all the time. We were told every room is the same…. I do not know if it was a language barrier and I do understand that English is not their first language but if you work in a hotel you should know the basics I can not recommend this hotel
