Avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel tried to double charge me twice: first for the room and then again for late checkout, even though both had already been paid and I had receipts. The first receptionist refused to accept my receipts as proof, even after I showed the charges in my credit card app. He continued to blame me until a second receptionist finally found my original payment in the system. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but in my experience it did not work. Even though it was only around 20°C outside, my room reached approximately 35°C inside, which I measured myself. During check-in, I overheard staff discussing that many guests were complaining about the same issue. What concerned me even more was how the hotel appeared to handle these complaints. Based on what I observed and overheard, guests who complained about the air conditioning were blamed for not using it properly and then moved to another room. When the air conditioning in the second room also did not work, guests asked to cancel and receive a refund. I heard staff say that reservations could be cancelled, but refunds could not be provided. From what I saw and heard, this appeared to result in guests losing significant amounts of money over a problem that was not their fault. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When the power went out for several hours, I went to reception to ask what had happened, as I had booked the hotel specifically so I could work. Instead of helping or explaining the situation, the staff laughed in my face. The room itself was also unacceptable. There were bugs in the room, and the carpet was dirty, stained, and smeared with a white substance.

It's the many little things that make it a really bad experience. Example: The day you check out, housekeeping wakes you up around 9.30am, even if checkout is at 11am. I stayed there 3 times and this happend every time. When they realize you are still in there they just rudely go to the next room without saying anything. Also they do not seem to care: The phone system has been broken for many months now, but they always act surprised if you bring it up. They also have a bad attitude: I had a late checkout arranged the night before but my card stopped working at the regular checkout time of 11am. The receptionist did not believe me and wanted to charge me extra. After fighting off her ridiculous attempt she tried (or pretended) to reactivate my card but it still did not work. I went down 2 more times without success. So the third time they sent someone to open the door for me. Previous visit: Wifi did not work. This visit: wifi is around 100kbit, super slow. Almost unusable. Right now I cannot sleep because of the loud snoring noise coming from the next room. Yet, I still keep coming back. So not sure what this means
