Our suite was spacious and clean, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also roomy, and I appreciated the organic, great-smelling local cosmetics provided. The breakfast selection pleased both my kids and me. Definitely recommended

I would give this hotel 4.5 stars if that was a rating. The location is excellent- next to Potsdamer Platz metro stop, next to a shopping mall with a food hall, movie theater, & grocery. Plus it is walking distance to tourist locations. The hotel is nice but the lobby is small and underwhelming. The rooms are quite spacious! That deserves 5 stars. Our room had a walk in closet, a huge bathroom with soaking tub, & a small kitchenette. The rooms seemed a bit dated but clean. The water pressure was super low. It took forever to wash my hair. The AC struggled to keep up as well. We got a bit warm at night. Breakfast was very fancy. It was a small buffet for cold food & there was a small menu to order hot dishes. 2 of the 3 days we had breakfast there the service was slow. The first day they forgot my coffee order, & the second day they forgot half of my breakfast order. I also would like to see the allergens marked (I have celiac disease). We did not eat at the restaurant.

wow. This is a first class hotel. Every staff member solved every request with a happy face. Nothing was a problem, if was with in their power they solved it. Room fabulous, dinner at the Michelin star restaurant sublime. Easter egg basket for my 8 year old daughter appearing whilst at breakfast, superb touch. What more can I say superb hotel , staff on point, so happy in there job, means good management. Sadly some of the "best " hotels in London do not manage this deep seat team happiness.
