Everyone at the reception was great, especially Mr. Khan and Julia who offered excellent hospitality. The rooms were clean, plenty of complimentary services also offered, and the location is great enabling you to opt for a variety of public transport options. 10/10, will definitely stay again next time in Berlin!

A nice modern hotel, very well located. Good A.C , important in the hot days of the summer. The staff are efficient and welcoming. A nice variety of food at breakfast. Few issues. At breakfast, we had to wait long minutes for the filling of basic food 0that was finished at 8:30, unfortunately it happened more than one breakfast, so i should say it needs improvement. In our room the door to the bathroom was from glass, with no possible way of closing it completely, it’s inconvenient and gives a lack of privacy that is necessary for toilets. There are not enough electrical sockets in the room. And last thing, when there is a drill with fire alarm, I would expect that the guests will know about it in advance. For the peace of mind and especially for those who are in a hurry to leave to the train station.
