We had such a great stay here during our trip around Switzerland. From the very start of our arrival, the staff was so welcoming and attentive and helpful. The room was beautiful and the hotel has such charm. The restaurant was decision for both dinner and breakfast the next morning. We will be back!

A truly excellent hotel which is 5 star albeit officially only 4 star. Super welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautifully decorated. Impeccably clean. Fabulous piano player over tea or in cocktail bar later. Great pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommended. Pontresina is very charming with all amenities present including ski rental. My family loved their stay.
