We stayed at this hotel for four nights with my wife and our 3-year-old daughter. The receptionist who checked us in seemed rather unfriendly but the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank all the employees working in the breakfast area—they were all wonderful people. The breakfast was quite good by European standards. We were not expecting a traditional Turkish breakfast anyway. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was done every day. The hotel’s location was excellent. Right next to it, there is a large supermarket called Pingo Doce. In addition, Olaias metro station, which provides easy access to both the airport and the city center is only about 15–20 steps from the hotel entrance.

Gave us the topmost floor for us to celebrate and make our holiday more meaningful Housekeeping kept our room impeccable for all 4 nights. The breakfast buffet is classy with ordering your own kind of eggs with the server and has the works. The servers were polite and very courteous ready to help. Spacious with all amenities Steps to OLAIS Metro Station. Location is excellent- can take the metro to and from airport and short ride to downtown with connections Cascais and Sintra
