The staff was incredibly nice and even upgraded us to a junior suite - which our son very much enjoyed. Sitting outside on the balcony made our last night in Lisbon unforgetful. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. A very nice experience !
I would give 5 stars for this hotel if it was not for the bad room service. The location is awsome , very near to the metro station. Taxis are readily available in front of the hotel and it is just a 20 minute drive from the Airport. The staff were friendly and the breakfast serv…

I would give 5 stars for this hotel if it was not for the bad room service. The location is awsome , very near to the metro station. Taxis are readily available in front of the hotel and it is just a 20 minute drive from the Airport. The staff were friendly and the breakfast service was very good. The only issue I had was with the room service. We were four people staying in a family room. There should be 4 towels in the bathroom but there were only 2 towels. Every day inspite of complaining at the reception and requesting for towels the room service kept only 2 towels. Looks like it was done deliberately by the room service. It was seriously annoying and frustrating inspite of complaining at the reception the situation remained the same. Also there we no glasses or paper cups in the room to drink water. My brother stayed one floor below with his family and they had four glasses kept in his room. But in my room absolutely nothing. If the hotel management is reading this review please do train your room service staff to keep adequate number of towels for the guest to use. Also there was no showe gel in the bathroom. I had to goto the reception to request the shower gel to be refilled. The management need to inspect the rooms for minor details on regular basis to improve the service.
Great stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was nice but not a large choice. Very close to train and metro services so you can anywhere in the city easily.
