The hotel location is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-designed. The bed is extremely comfortable. However, the hotel requires significant improvement in customer service and guest management. On the first morning, I was woken up early by loud maintenance and construction work in a neighboring room. The noise was excessive and unacceptable. I contacted reception multiple times and requested that the noise be stopped, but there was no response. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the work would take only one hour; however, the noise continued throughout all days of my stay. I also requested to change my room to a quieter location, but I was informed that no rooms were available, despite the ongoing disturbance. In addition, housekeeping failed to properly refill coffee, tea, and water. When items were requested, they were delivered in an unprofessional manner. Even after asking the staff to ensure proper refills on the following days, the same issue continued. Overall, while the hotel has great potential in terms of location and comfort, it needs major improvement in management, customer service, and guest relations.

Very lovely hotel, well situated in the centre of the city. Carlos on reception was very friendly and helpful. Had a small issue with balcony door which was easily resolved, but “customer service” manageress disagreed with our comment relating to an electrical fault on one of the wall switches. She gave the impression of not believing us, despite us having video evidence. Breakfast staff and rooftop staff were very friendly, and a credit to the hotel, as was Carlos. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Very beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The highlight of this place is definitely the rooftop, where you can enjoy a stunning view of Lisbon right in front of you. The staff were absolutely amazing—very kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Totally recommended.

Rooms
The 83 rooms are carpeted and built around a king-size bed, with air conditioning, central heating and a balcony in most of them. A desk, a safe, a minibar, a fridge, a mini fridge and a tea and coffee station are in place, joined by a telephone, a TV, a radio, internet access and WiFi at no extra charge. Each bathroom has a shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer.
Food and drink
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant and the dining area, and the kitchen prepares special dietary dishes on request. The cafe and the bar stay open for a drink or something lighter.
Facilities
A pool and an outdoor pool are set out with sun loungers and parasols, and the solarium is charged separately. A TV room, a cloakroom, a safe and wireless internet in the public areas are open to everyone staying, and cars go into the garage or the car park.
