We were greeted outside by the friendly doorman who immediately helped with our bags. Front desk service in English was amazing and he made us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was very good and worth buying. Definitely a favorite in Lisbon.

I stayed at the hotel with my mother for 8 nights. Each day the breakfast was very delicious, with fresh fruits and tasty omelets. Moreover the rooms had much space and a stylish interior. In general the atmosphere of the hotel was totally fascinating and great. But most importantly the service was outstanding! We have never experienced such a warm hearted hospitality in a hotel before. Every staff member seemed to care about the guests wellbeing and was super friendly and helpful. Especially Sabrina and Ana at the reception desk were super helpful and provided us with great advice and local insider information. All in all we would highly recommend this place if you want to experience a family-like and welcoming place, which is very close to the center. We always felt safe in the neighbourhood. Thank you to the hotel for making our visit even better than we imagined!
