Our stay at Park Tower Buenos Aires exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Every member of the staff made us feel valued and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. The hotel has a timeless elegance and embodies the feeling of old-world luxury. It is beautifully maintained, refined, and offers the perfect balance of sophistication and comfort. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. What truly sets Park Tower apart is its outstanding service. From the bell staff and reception team to the bartenders and everyone else we encountered, every interaction was exceptional. The attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and pride they take in their work were evident throughout our stay. It is rare to experience such consistently outstanding service across an entire hotel. Wow! We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. We highly recommend Park Tower to anyone looking for a great experience. I recently completed a 6-night stay in a Deluxe Room at the Park Tower, and it was a truly sophisticated experience. If you are looking for classic elegance and top-tier service in Buenos Aires, this is an excellent choice. The Room At 39 sqm, the room felt incredibly spacious and well-apportioned. The décor is beautiful—leaning into a classic, "old-world luxury" aesthetic with rich wood furnishings and tasteful artwork. Everything was kept impeccably clean throughout my week-long stay. Facilities & Fitness A unique aspect of this hotel is its connection to the adjacent Sheraton. While the Park Tower feels more exclusive and quiet, you have access to the shared fitness facilities. It’s just a short, indoor walk over to the Sheraton side to reach the gym, which is well-equipped and perfect for maintaining a routine while traveling. Dining & Service Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The staff are incredibly attentive; I never had to ask for a refill as they were always eager to serve and keep my water and coffee topped up. This high level of service extended to the rest of the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly and professional.
