Hilton Buenos Aires

I am mad, furious at google to limit a review to only 5 stars! this hotel and everything about it deserves much more, going to apologize for the detailed review but deserves it. from the moment you get down at the curb you are treated as the most important people, the lobby is spectacular with meticulous details and AMAZING art work that spans all the walls. decor at its best. as a hilton honors member check in was super quick and smooth, rooms are spacious but not very different from what you find anywhere else. gymn, pool and spa were top quality, clean, with a lot of equipment plus it also came with an in house trainer and a receptionist who hands you the towel when you enter. the food, and the drinks in the bar were phenomenal. now for the most deserving part - the customer care/concierge. I have been to so many hotels in other parts but have never been so impressed with the concierge, special shout out to Gonzalo, Lavtaro and Martin. i was looking for a laundary service, the guy went out of the way called a couple of folks made reservations and gave me exact directions to go. they went out of the way to ensure that we get vegetarian selections at a tango dinner show, Lavtaro called in a taxi service when the show pick up driver was arriving late and Gonzalo each time we passed him in/out of the lobby he had the most humbling gesture. they knew so much about the city and made sure we as tourists are treated so well. location is great, not to far from the main attractions and yet in a great neighbourhood with a bunch of bars and street life. i would stay here each time i visit buenes aires. gonzalo, lavtaro and martin - THANK YOU for making our stay so memorable

Traveling with children can come with many moving parts, but this team made our stay completely seamless. Whether we approached the desk in person or reached out with questions via WhatsApp, Sofia, Martin, and Lautaro responded promptly, patiently, and with exceptional professionalism. Their deep knowledge of the local area and genuine willingness to go above and beyond truly elevated our experience. Outstanding service like theirs is rare, and management should be proud to have them on the team. We look forward to returning!

This is an amazing hotel. It is located in a very safe area with lots of great restaurants in the area. The staff here are awesome from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the gym staff. Amazing from every area. We ate several meals in the hotel and the food was great. Very clean very nice hotel. Couldn’t recommend high enough.
