Park Hyatt Toronto

We’ve heard spectacular reviews about this hotel. We had to see it for ourselves. This hotel is definitely upscale, from the moment you walk in, you feel like 5 starts. Marina was at the front desk helping us with the check in to the check out to the concierge, and providing us with excellent service. The staff is truly incredible. Super welcoming, and friendly. The valet staff, to holding our bags while we explore the city. This hotel is truly breathtaking- walking distance to almost everything. The complimentary ride service was also nice, included with our stay- certain radius. Writers room is upscale, rooftop bar. Stunning views. Incredible staff as well.

Had a great stay at Park Hyatt! Check-in was smooth, and the welcome glass of Prosecco on a hot day was a nice surprise. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable (which deserves a special mention these days!). Room service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Definitely check out the rooftop bar the views are gorgeous, but make a reservation in advance. The sauna and steam room were another highlight. I used them several times, and it was so peaceful that the only thing I heard was the occasional subway rumble underground. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thanks, Park Hyatt team -you made it hard to leave!

I do a lot of traveling and have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and I have to say I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were exceptional, very nice, professional, and accommodating. The room was nice and well appointed even though I just got a more basic regular room. It was our anniversary and they sent a card and champagne to our room which was thoughtful. The location was very good too. It is close to high end shopping, good restaurants, and 2 metro stations and it is also easy to get picked up and dropped off by Uber under their awning. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Toronto.
