Adding a review after 3 stays here in the last couple of months. Overall, I really enjoy the hotel. While the rooms could be a little bit larger, I find them to be comfortable and spacious enough. The location is excellent as it is connected to Kobe Station and Harborland and is convenient for both the Train and Subway. The on-site restaurant and M-club are both solid and there are numerous food and shopping options nearby. The service has been great and responsive, including willingness to accomodate some special requests. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay in Kobe, and since Kobe finally has a Marriott property, we decided to stay at this hotel, Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10–15 minutes before receiving our room key. The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the room temperature was quite high. I contacted the front desk, and a housekeeping manager came to assist us. He sincerely apologized and explained that the building uses a central temperature control system, so it could not be switched to air conditioning mode. Despite this, he provided us with a fan and an air purifier, which we really appreciated. His service was excellent. He appeared to be a foreign staff member—I didn’t ask his nationality, but his name was Santosh (possibly Spanish). Overall, we would be happy to stay here again.
