Front desk does not smile and she is arrogant. For breakfast you have to come at a designated time and you can only eat for 1 hour. I do not recommend this hotel.

I genuinely felt discriminated against and left with the impression that foreigners (“gaijin”) are not welcome here; which is greatly shocking for a Sheraton hotel under the Marriott Bonvoy brand. If you are an international traveler with tattoos, DO NOT STAY HERE - You are Not Welcomed. As a loyal Marriott Platinum member for many years, I have never been so disappointed. I was denied access to both the gym and the onsen solely because of my tattoos. Hey - Hello, we are in 2026. I fully respect Japanese traditions and local customs. However, this is an international Marriott hotel welcoming guests from around the world. >> Excluding PAYING guests from hotel facilities based solely on tattoos feels totally outdated and inconsistent with the inclusive hospitality standards that Marriott is known for..! I sincerely hope Marriott and the hotel review this policy. Respecting local culture should never come at the cost of making international guests feel unwelcome or discriminated against..!!!

The location of the Sheraton Kobe Bay hotel is on Roppongi Island for commercial purposes, and it is also suitable for touring the Osaka Circus, Kyoto, and Kita Castle Island. Hotels that have changed ownership in recent years, along with new teams, offer modern hotels and slots. Excellent services have been launched. Horizontal hot springs (Nightbed Japanese) on the third floor are a great place to unwind and relax. Due to my touch pool condition, I have upgraded to a suite and enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Kobe, and the Hexa Mountains. Daily fresh and perfect layouts and restaurants are included in the arrangement. I offer a special range of experiences, from Japanese to Chinese and Western cuisines. The courtesy of the service and staff is unparalleled, just like in a suitcase or with the most genuine passion. General Manager, personally obtained this, but it can also be used to help clear the table, etc.
