Great hotel right next to Shin Kobe station. Highly recommend getting the club lounge access, with 37th floor view, and impecable services by all staff, especially Mr. Shih and Ms. Wang at the lounge! 😊 As a Diamond member who travels frequently, I find them both to be very friendly, courteous, and provide great services! The room is quiet and many attached restaurants to choose from. There is also a supermarket to buy grocery at the B3 level, which is at the same level as the subway, all connected to hotel, super conviene! My six-night stay was wonderful. I want to say special thank-you to all the staff!

Mixed feelings about this hotel so only 3 stars. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean, and the view is great. Staff is polite and helpful. The connection to the subway and a supermarket on the B3 floor, reachable directly by hotel elevator, is genuinely convenient. The drawbacks matter too. The commercial zone beneath the hotel is mostly abandoned. The high-speed elevators reach the 20th floor in seconds, which is excellent during the day, but at night they are noisy and I cannot recommend for anyone sensitive to noise while sleeping. There is nothing for kids to do. There is no smoking lounge either, only one spot just outside the main gate for those it matters. Great for a short business stay, less so for families or light sleepers.

We had a wonderful time in Kobe, much of which is thanks to the Nepalese staff( I guess his name is BARAL), who recommend us about popular sites of kobe.and of course his hospitality is delightfull. He even recommend the best breweries of hotel for us. Rooms are also fine and location and this hotel is far more better than i have expected. The breakfast was extensive, the on-site restaurants offer a variety of choice and the service. I truly felt like a welcome guest.
