Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location is in heart of nicest part of Budapest. Spa treatment was worth the price. Only thing is could do with a bigger pool or a seperate thermal pool, but given limited space I would not hold it against them. Would stay here everything in Budapest.

We asked for matcha-latte that was not in the menu but she run to prepare it, delicious, no added cost, she was running to give us the best service. And all the hotel is enjoyable. Large hotel with all amenities in place. It was so long since I saw an actual bath in hotel. Got the last floor, with peaceful neighbors. Cleaning team sometimes forget about the coffee machine (mine had a used coffee tablet from the previous guest for unknown time inside), and also they not always refill tea bags and coffee tablets. Also, some random construction sounds during the check out. All other aspects are really nice, had a pleasant stay.
