JW Marriott Parq Vancouver

All I can say is wow! The service and hospitality was 2nd to none. A huge shout out to Karen who checked us in and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special (as we celebrated our anniversary getaway). Any request was granted immediately. The staff at the rooftop patio/hot tub area were amazing as well. This place was top notch in all areas.

JW Parq is a terrific choice while in Vancouver. Modern, neat and attached the Parq Casino. The Victor is a nice steakhouse on the 6th Floor and Honey Salt on the main lobby level has a great bar and good food too. Has a Spa, Fitness Center, and rooftop area. The Executive Level is large and they put out a nice breakfast buffet. Also has a Starbucks on the main level near the entrance...

I had a great and comfortable stay at the JW Marriott. The location was perfect. It was close to BC Place Stadium and within walking distance of Canada Place and the cruise terminal. The room was very clean, and I really liked the bathroom. It was well designed and even smelled great. The hallways also looked classy and gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The service was excellent. We were greeted by the doorman as soon as we arrived. Another staff member welcomed us inside and walked us over to the front desk to make sure we were taken care of. The receptionist was amazing. She was very friendly, caring, and took the time to explain everything instead of rushing us through check-in. The only downside was the amenities. The hot tub was way too small, and since it filled up quickly, we had to wait for a spot. For a five-star hotel, I expected something much better. I was also disappointed that there wasn’t a swimming pool. That’s probably the only reason I’d choose a different hotel next time with a bigger hot tub or a pool.
