Fairmont Pacific Rim

A fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around the city, especially when you’re on a busy business trip. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. The lobby has a stylish, sophisticated ambience that immediately makes the hotel feel welcoming without being overly formal. It’s a great place to unwind after a long day of meetings or simply enjoy the energy of the hotel. One of my favorite touches was the sushi served in the lobby. It was a unique and enjoyable experience to be able to sit in such a beautiful setting and have excellent sushi right there. It added something special to the stay and made the hotel feel like more than just a place to sleep. Overall, the Pacific Rim combines a great location, beautiful atmosphere, and thoughtful dining experiences in a way that really stands out. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in Vancouver, whether for business or pleasure.

My husband and I have traveled widely and are discriminating travelers. We can honestly say that this is one of our favorite hotels in the world. From the moment we arrived, the service was exemplary . We were upgraded to a stunning room with a harbor view to celebrate our anniversary and were treated to a beautiful bottle of bubbly. Every member of the staff we met was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. This property has a modern design, with an emphasis on contemporary art, food, and culture. The piano in the entranceway of the lobby is an original handcrafted instrument by the exclusive Italian maker, Fazioli. It makes a powerful statement about the hotel’s commitment to contemporary arts and culture. This hotel is home to the Michelin recommended restaurant, Botanist. A stay here is not complete without at least one visit to the restaurant We enjoyed a spectacular anniversary dinner there, and went back the next day for breakfast, which was every bit as wonderful. So many people came to check on us — the chef, sommelier, manager, and team of servers — it was clear how much everyone cared about delivering a first-class experience. Of final note, this property is conveniently located next to Canada Place, making it a convenient stop for cruise travelers and the perfect way to begin a vacation. We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and hope to be back again soon.

When I visit a new city I always love emerging myself in the cities identity. This location gave me that perfectly. I was in walking distance to everything, and to get here from the airport was a breeze on public transit. A huge plus! The staff who greeted us, as well as those who serviced our room were friendly and professional. They improved the experience ten fold. The views were stunning from the room and the size was perfect for comfort. We especially appreciate the large bathroom counter. The only downside is the iPad controller didn’t always connect and control the lights in the room, but was easy to just hit the switches on the wall! We also dined at botanist and it was fab. We also did massage with stone and scalp treatment add ons and they were perfect. The services provided complimentary with the spa were amazing as well. Would recommend the hotel for anyone, and seriously don’t miss out on the botanist or the spa!
