Really disappointed by this hotel especially the value for the money. I paid 350-370€ per night and it did not feel like a 3 star experience. First it’s advertised as having AC which was important to me as France has been in a heatwave. Unfortunately it was much more like a fan that did not actually cool the room which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was honestly scary. It was hard to shower and easy to flood the room with water. And the bathroom often had an overwhelming sewage smell. Then there was the noise. Every morning between 7-9am I’d be woken up abruptly by doors slamming so loudly you felt like they were next to your bed. The service was lacking - all they did was make your bed, but didn’t tidy the bathroom or even refill your bottle of water. And finally I left my bags there after checkout then before heading to the airport asked if I could use the restroom but they don’t have any which is really problematic. The only good thing I can say about this place is the location. It is easy to walk to all the hot spots but the neighborhood itself is quiet. Definitely would not stay here again.

What a lovely little place to stay in Nice. The location is great - about 15 mins walk to the promenade, 15 mins walk to Nice-Ville station and felt to be in a safe spot. The room is small (just enough room to open my big suitcase!) but clean and comfortable. It is however noisy - easy to hear surrounding rooms, toilet flushing, showering, etc - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper! I felt so welcomed upon arrival, the woman at reception gave me so much advice about the hotel and Nice in general. A great happy hour every day too!
Lovely historical building with great location and very friendly service. The room was very small for 2 persons - no proper space for luggage - and worn out, the surfaces and cabinets in bad shape and odd smell in bathroom cabinet. No extra amenities as in most other hotels. Very good breakfast croissants!
