Small and friendly hotel in a very nice area. Walking distance to the older and picturesque part of town, with excellent restaurants. Provided good help when I forgot my jacket.

Prior to our arrival, we were also in touch for help with getting from Nice Airport, and received excellent guidance (Tram). All staff that we dealt with were brilliant and so helpful. Many thanks.

I booked a Traditional Double/Twin Room but was given a basement room instead — a clearly cheaper option according to the hotel’s own website, booking platforms, and the pricing sign outside. When I raised the issue, the staff insisted this was the correct room, despite all evidence to the contrary. It felt like gaslighting. No refund or compensation was offered, just the excuse that the hotel was full. This left a bad impression and unfortunately tainted my entire experience at the hotel. Be careful — they may try to downgrade you while charging full price.
