Everything was absolutely perfect—from the hotel's location and the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness and size of the rooms. On top of that, they did something incredibly special for us. I traveled from another country to surprise my parents and emailed the hotel beforehand to ask for their help. They were so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. If I visit this city again, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Everything we expected and more! The Hotel is located very nicely, between the beach/Old town and the train station, in a quiet side street of the main pedestrian zone. The rooms had all we needed, and they seem to have been renovated recently, so they have a modern look and feel. Breakfast is also pretty good, the hotel also stored our bags before and after our stay. The staff working at the reception was absolutely great, very friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station; it's very easy to get to the airport, and its central location is a big advantage. The staff are friendly and provide umbrellas in rainy weather. Although it's not obvious on the ground floor, the age of the building becomes clear on the upper floors. Even the floor isn't level, and the carpets and wallpaper are very old. The room is small, and the toilet is inside the door, poorly designed. The decoration looked nice and clean, but there were shoe prints on the chair. The doors and rooms are very noisy. We weren't bothered by the noise from the street, but the sounds from the next room's door and the corridor were very audible. Most importantly, the air in the hotel is not clean. Maybe the ventilation is broken, I don't know, but I started coughing as soon as I entered the hotel and felt better when I left. This happened several times, so I'm sure it's due to the hotel. I would never recommend it to someone with lung disease/allergies.
