Don't be fooled – the hotel looks very different in reality than it does in the photos. The rooms are extremely small. What's particularly outrageous is that you pay for a private room but end up with a room that shares an entrance hallway with another room. You don't know whether you're staying in a hotel or an Airbnb. There is a lack of noise isolation.There are two such rooms on every floor. This is misleading and deceptive to customers.. We had read reviews of noise from adjacent rooms however other than hearing a voice next door on occasion it didn't appear to be a big problem
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being able to store our luggage was a total plus. The room was comfortable and clean. I was surprised how much the windows kept the noise out at night. We switched to a different part of town for …

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being able to store our luggage was a total plus. The room was comfortable and clean. I was surprised how much the windows kept the noise out at night. We switched to a different part of town for the last couple of nights of our holiday (pre-planned) but I wished we stayed here instead. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. It was very convenient to the tram and walking downtown.
