Location is the best part of this hotel! The room was clean, large and nice, with a kitchenette. The service at the hotel was terrible. Basically none. Carry your own bags, not enough towels, couldn't check in before three ( I don't mean you couldn't get into the room, you couldn't even check in!) No-one to help store luggage, etc. But the location and price are good enough to make me stay there again.

First time visiting Boston and I couldn’t of picked a worse hotel. First of all they shut the water off at 8am the morning we were checking out so I couldn’t even shower or brush my teeth or use the toilet. We were told this once we arrived that there would be no water for 3 hours or so. But yet they still charged me a 20 dollar “resort” fee, that should’ve been waived at least. Are you even allowed to run a hotel with no water?! The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable not enough pillows. The room felt like a college dorm room. Very outdated. We never received our welcome bag either. Very disappointing stay will not return.
Alright so, everything about this place is mixed. I will explain further. Crew are mixed; polite helpful members and some of them aren't friendly whatsoever. Mixed rooms: definitely clean, but uncomfortable old beds, old furniture and outdated floors and bathrooms. The toilets do…

Alright so, everything about this place is mixed. I will explain further. Crew are mixed; polite helpful members and some of them aren't friendly whatsoever. Mixed rooms: definitely clean, but uncomfortable old beds, old furniture and outdated floors and bathrooms. The toilets don't flush properly. Mixed towards almost ugly old fashion decor everywhere. The pros: we liked the area and definitely cheaper than plenty of hotels. So there you have it. Will I be back? No. But if you are looking for something cheap and clean this is not a bad option.
