They honestly get an extra star for the breakfast potatoes, stocking almond milk and udis pastries for guests with allergies, and the cleanliness of the breakfast bar and room. The room itself was a bit weird, no sound insulation to speak of so we heard our next door and upstairs neighbors perfectly all night. Laminate flooring and confusing art installations but the bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious. I encourage hotels to keep doing the thing where they put refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at ever!!!. Stay elsewhere. We called Friday afternoon to confirm our pre-paid first floor room with 2 queens. Got there after dinner to find they'd given our room away, the one we'd paid for and instead offered us a room with queen and a foldaway couch for the 4 of us, which had no sheets or pillows for the foldaway couch, It took over an hour for them to find 2 bottom sheets and one pillow. Then there is the hotel itself. Modern concrete building like most hotels these days but you could hear every foot step from the room above, which kept us up until after midnight. In sum, terrible hotel construction, lack ability to hold a paid for reservation and horrible service.
