Boston Marriott Copley Place is a solid, efficient hotel in an outstanding location. The biggest advantage is its direct connection to both Copley Place and the Prudential Center, making shopping, dining, and getting around Boston incredibly convenient. It’s truly in the heart of everything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful river view. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay and consistently kept the room spotless. The Executive Lounge was adequate, but fairly average compared to other Marriott properties. Check in and checkout were smooth and the staff were friendly. There are, however, a couple of areas that need attention. The rooms are surprisingly dark, even with all the lights on, and would greatly benefit from improved lighting. The other major issue was the water pressure on the 37th floor, which was very weak and made showering less enjoyable. These are noticeable shortcomings for an otherwise well-located hotel. Overall, this is a dependable Marriott with a fantastic location, clean rooms, and excellent housekeeping. If the lighting and water pressure issues are addressed, it would provide a much better overall guest experience.

I didn't know what to expect but it was surprised by the location, great service from welcoming staff. Great use of technology for the elevators. The room was nice with a great view of the city-scape with the adjacent building but it was a nice work/vacation getaway. I did have to ask for a smaller room since I did not need two double beds. It was within walking distance of conference and the surrounding shops and restaurants made it quite an experience. I did not want to leave hotel or the city when I had to go. But I hope to be back at some point.

I stayed here for 10 days during a business trip, and the experience was fantastic. The location was excellent, convenient for getting around and close to everything I needed. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the service was outstanding throughout my stay. The elevator system was a bit confusing when I first checked in😂but I quickly got used to it. In fact, it seemed like an efficient way to manage in such a tall, high-rise building. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return in the future.
