We had a wonderful stay at Momento Hotel in Istanbul and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The reception staff were always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They consistently asked how our day was going, whether we needed anything, and were always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Serkan, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He truly made us feel at home and contributed greatly to our positive experience. Another highlight is the rooftop restaurant. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the view over Istanbul is absolutely breathtaking. The entire restaurant team was professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Every waiter we interacted with was competent, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, everything was top-notch. The service, the atmosphere, the location, and the stunning rooftop view exceeded our expectations. We felt extremely comfortable during our stay and would definitely choose Momento Hotel again when returning to Istanbul. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
The hotel was clean, although the twin rooms were somewhat small. However, our experience at checkout was disappointing. We were accused by a staff member of taking a soft drink without paying for it, which was not true. This accusation was upsetting and negatively affected what could have been a pleasant stay.
