We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with many attractions within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. From the front desk team at check-in to the kitchen staff (Çiğdem) each morning, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home.

Best part of staying at this location is saving you lots of money 1- leaving your luggage at air port cost 100s of dollars, this location has separate & secure room to keep your luggage 2- Attrations like Bosporus ticket are the cheapest at this hotel compare to any other place. There taxi services are comparatively cheaper too 3- a delicious variety of break fast is available on the site with quite, clean & calm environment

Our stay in Turkey was absolutely unforgettable, and this hotel made the entire experience exceptional!! The hospitality of the staff was truly above and beyond anything we have experienced before. From the moment we arrived, Fatih, Kemal, Cigdem, Turan and Orhan were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Fatih and Kemal gave us wonderful advice on places to visit, helped us book taxis, and assisted in planning tours so we could make the most of our trip. Their guidance made everything so easy and enjoyable. Cigdem and Turan provided outstanding breakfast service. The room cleanliness and service provided by Orhan was also superb. What stood out the most was how personal and genuine their care was — the staff didn’t treat us like guests in a hotel, they treated us like family. It was, without a doubt, the BEST hotel experience we have ever had, and we are so grateful to all the staff for their warmth, kindness, and truly exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul!!
